About
Research should be one continuous lifecycle.
My Research Board exists because a research project should not live as disconnected Word files, emails, spreadsheets and isolated approvals.
Vision
Connected infrastructure for health research.
To build a connected digital infrastructure in which ideas, academic projects, ethical governance, evidence generation, publication, funding, innovation and clinical validation are managed as one continuous lifecycle rather than as disconnected processes.
Mission
Make good research easier to do well.
To make high-quality research easier to initiate, standardise, review, execute, publish, fund and reuse, while improving transparency, institutional oversight, research integrity and collaboration.
How we work with institutions
Start where the need is greatest.
- Begin with one problem
Thesis management, the Ethics Committee, or publication. An institution does not need the whole ecosystem on day one.
- Configure to your workflow
Roles, document lists and approval steps are set up around how your institution already works.
- Extend when ready
Each new module builds on the research records you already hold.
What we stand for
Principles we build by.
- Human judgement first. AI assists; people decide.
- Traceability. Decisions, versions and changes leave a record.
- Data minimisation. Collect only what a study genuinely needs.
- Honest status. We say what is available today and what is planned.
- Institutional oversight. Collaboration never bypasses the institution.
My Trial Board
A path into clinical trials.
MRB is the research side of a wider ecosystem. When a project progresses into formal clinical-trial activity, it can transition to My Trial Board (MTB), subject to the appropriate regulatory and operational requirements.
